Agreement to These Terms	By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Application.
Nature of the Service	The Application is a device organization utility designed to help users review and manually manage photos, videos, and contacts stored on their device. Media and contact analysis is performed locally on the device. No automatic deletion occurs. All actions are initiated and confirmed by the user.
User Responsibilities	You are responsible for reviewing content before confirming any deletion or modification. We recommend maintaining backups of important data prior to performing organizational actions. Because all actions are user-initiated, the Company is not responsible for unintended deletion or modification of content resulting from user decisions.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases	The Application may offer optional subscriptions that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID account settings prior to the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device settings.
Refunds	All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. The Company does not process payments directly. In connection with a refund request, Apple may request limited subscription-related information for verification purposes, as required under App Store policies.
Intellectual Property	The Application, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Application except as permitted by law.
Acceptable Use	You agree not to misuse the Application, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Service Availability	The Application is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability	To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application. Any liability related to the use of the Application shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Application during the preceding twelve months.
Age Eligibility	The Application is intended for general audiences and may be used by individuals who meet the age requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms	We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
